These terms and conditions define the rules for the use of the online store &#8220;Lu La Fleur&#8221;, including placing orders, delivery of goods and complaints.<br \/>3. customer &#8211; a natural person, legal entity or organizational unit that uses the services of the online store.<br \/>4. Seller &#8211; Lu La Fleur company, the owner of the online store, which carries out the sale of goods via the website.<\/p>\n<p><strong>II. Placing orders <\/strong><br \/>1. Orders in the online store &#8220;Lu La Fleur&#8221; can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.<br \/>2. Orders can be placed through the order form available on the website of the store.<br \/>3. Placing an order by the customer is tantamount to accepting the terms and conditions of these regulations.<br \/>4. Confirmation of acceptance of the order for execution is made immediately after placing the order by sending an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>III. Prices of goods and payment <\/strong><br \/>1. The prices of goods listed on the website of the store are gross prices.<br \/>2. The prices of goods do not include the cost of delivery, which depends on the selected method of delivery and place of delivery.<br \/>3. Payment for orders can be made through online payment systems, bank transfer depending on the available options when placing an order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IV. Order execution <\/strong><br \/>1. The Seller fulfills orders on the territory of Opole and the surrounding area, depending on the available methods of delivery.<br \/>2. The delivery time depends on the availability of goods and the selected method of delivery.<br \/>3. The cost of delivery is determined at the stage of placing the order and depends on the selected method of delivery and the place of delivery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Flower orders are fulfilled individually and include perishable goods. Once the order processing has begun, cancellation is not possible. Legal basis: Article 38 points 4 and 5 of the Consumer Rights Act.<\/p>\n<p>The Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving goods other than flowers, without providing any reason.<br \/>To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision by sending an appropriate statement via email to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"mailto:lulafleur.pl@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lulafleur.pl@gmail.com<\/a><\/span> or by traditional mail to the company\u2019s address.<br \/>The returned goods should be sent to the following address: Lu La Fleur Dzhulietta Siui, \u015aci\u0119giennego 13\/11, 45-007 Opole. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.<br \/>Goods returned as part of the withdrawal from the contract must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VI. Complaints <\/strong><br \/>1. Complaints about goods should be submitted to the e-mail address: <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"mailto:lulafleur.pl@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lulafleur.pl@gmail.com<\/a><\/span> or to the company&#8217;s postal address.<br \/>2. The complaint will be considered within 14 working days from the date of its submission.<br \/>3. If the complaint is considered legitimate, the goods will be exchanged for new ones or the full amount paid for the goods will be refunded, depending on the customer&#8217;s wishes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VII. Protection of personal data <\/strong><br \/>1. The administrator of personal data is Lu La Fleur Dzhulietta Siui.<br \/>2. Customers&#8217; personal data are processed in accordance with applicable laws in order to process orders, communicate with the customer and conduct marketing activities.<br \/>3. Details on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy of the online store.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VIII. Copyright protection <\/strong><br \/>1. All content posted on the website at <a href=\"https:\/\/lulafleur.com\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">https:\/\/lulafleur.com\/<\/span><\/a> enjoy copyright protection and are the property of Lu La Fleur.<br \/>2.
