If you need a bouquet on shorter notice, please contact us, and we will do our best to prepare your bouquet on time.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Extra hours: 6:00 PM &#8211; 9:00 AM. Deliveries during these hours are subject to double the standard fee.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Want to order a flower delivery but don\u2019t know the recipient&#8217;s exact address?\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Leave it to us! Simply provide the recipient&#8217;s contact number in the order, and we\u2019ll take care of everything for you. In such cases, we do not share the recipient&#8217;s address with the customer.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you don\u2019t require delivery, you can pick up your order in person at the agreed time at the following address:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>ul. \u015aci\u0119giennego 13\/11, Opole 45-007\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"tab_delivery-costs\" class=\"panel entry-content\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"tab-delivery-costs\">\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Flower delivery within Opole &amp; Wroclaw &#8211; 25 PLN\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For deliveries beyond 15 km from Opole &amp; Wroclaw &#8211; 40 PLN<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you don\u2019t need delivery, you can always pick up your order from our workshop.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"tab_delivery-policies-and-responsibility\" class=\"panel entry-content\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"tab-delivery-policies-and-responsibility\">\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lu La Fleur is not responsible for the following situations:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; The recipient is not present at the specified delivery address.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; The recipient refuses to accept the order.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; The recipient is absent during the specified delivery time.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In such cases, the order will be returned to the store. You can pick up your order within 24 hours of the unsuccessful delivery. We can arrange a redelivery for an additional courier fee. If you decline redelivery and fail to collect the order within 24 hours, costs will not be refunded, as the company has already incurred full expenses.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the recipient\u2019s consent, the package may be left in an alternative location, such as with building security, a neighbour, or outside the recipient\u2019s door.
