Can I order a bouquet via Instagram or phone?

Yes. We accept orders via our online shop, phone and Instagram. If you have a specific vision, describe it, share the occasion and your budget — we’ll prepare a proposal.

What is your order turnaround time?

We fulfill orders within 24 hours of placement — in both Opole and Wrocław. If you need it sooner, reach out to us directly by phone or on Instagram — we always do our best to fit your timeline. More details on the About us page.

How can I change or cancel an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible — by phone or on Instagram. Each bouquet is composed individually for your specific order, so once production has started cancellation isn’t possible under our store regulations. We can often reschedule the order to a different date, though, or find another solution — write or call us, and we’ll look together for something comfortable for both sides.

Do you work with companies and hotels?

Do you do wedding florals?
