I. General provisions

2. These terms and conditions define the rules for the use of the online store “Lu La Fleur”, including placing orders, delivery of goods and complaints.
3. customer – a natural person, legal entity or organizational unit that uses the services of the online store.
4. Seller – Lu La Fleur company, the owner of the online store, which carries out the sale of goods via the website.

II. Placing orders
1. Orders in the online store “Lu La Fleur” can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. Orders can be placed through the order form available on the website of the store.
3. Placing an order by the customer is tantamount to accepting the terms and conditions of these regulations.
4. Confirmation of acceptance of the order for execution is made immediately after placing the order by sending an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order.

III. Prices of goods and payment
1. The prices of goods listed on the website of the store are gross prices.
2. The prices of goods do not include the cost of delivery, which depends on the selected method of delivery and place of delivery.
3. Payment for orders can be made through online payment systems, bank transfer depending on the available options when placing an order.

IV. Order execution
1. The Seller fulfills orders on the territory of Opole and the surrounding area, depending on the available methods of delivery.
2. The delivery time depends on the availability of goods and the selected method of delivery.
3. The cost of delivery is determined at the stage of placing the order and depends on the selected method of delivery and the place of delivery.

V. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract

Flower orders are fulfilled individually and include perishable goods. Once the order processing has begun, cancellation is not possible. Legal basis: Article 38 points 4 and 5 of the Consumer Rights Act.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving goods other than flowers, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision by sending an appropriate statement via email to [email protected] or by traditional mail to the company’s address.
The returned goods should be sent to the following address: Lu La Fleur Dzhulietta Siui, Ścięgiennego 13/11, 45-007 Opole. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.
Goods returned as part of the withdrawal from the contract must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

VI. Complaints
1. Complaints about goods should be submitted to the e-mail address: [email protected] or to the company’s postal address.
2. The complaint will be considered within 14 working days from the date of its submission.
3. If the complaint is considered legitimate, the goods will be exchanged for new ones or the full amount paid for the goods will be refunded, depending on the customer’s wishes.

VII. Protection of personal data
1. The administrator of personal data is Lu La Fleur Dzhulietta Siui.
2. Customers’ personal data are processed in accordance with applicable laws in order to process orders, communicate with the customer and conduct marketing activities.

1. All content posted on the website at https://lulafleur.com/ enjoy copyright protection and are the property of Lu La Fleur.
2. The Customer shall be fully responsible for any damage caused to the Seller resulting from the use of any content of the site https://lulafleur.com/ without the permission of the Vendor.
3. Any use by anyone, without the express written permission of the Vendor, of any of the elements comprising the content and contents of the website https://lulafleur.com/ constitutes an infringement of the Seller’s copyright and will result in civil and criminal liability.

IX. Final Provisions
1. The Seller reserves the right to change the regulations at any time. Amendments to the regulations do not affect the rights acquired by the Customer before the date of introduction of changes.
2. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other provisions of Polish law shall apply.
3. The regulations are effective from the date of their publication on the store’s website.
