Deliveries are made 7 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.  

Orders for delivery must be placed at least 2 days in advance. If you need a bouquet on shorter notice, please contact us, and we will do our best to prepare your bouquet on time.  

Extra hours: 6:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Deliveries during these hours are subject to double the standard fee.  

Want to order a flower delivery but don’t know the recipient’s exact address?  

Leave it to us! Simply provide the recipient’s contact number in the order, and we’ll take care of everything for you. In such cases, we do not share the recipient’s address with the customer.  

If you don’t require delivery, you can pick up your order in person at the agreed time at the following address: 

ul. Ścięgiennego 13/11, Opole 45-007 

Flower delivery within Opole Zone 1 – 15 PLN (City Center, Nadodrze)  

Flower delivery within Opole Zone 2 – 20 PLN (Zaodrze, ZWM)  

Flower delivery within Opole Zone 3 – 25 PLN (Chmielowice, Szczepanowice, areas within 5 km)  

For deliveries beyond 5 km from Opole, the fee is calculated individually based on the distance.  

If you don’t need delivery, you can always pick up your order from our workshop.

Lu La Fleur is not responsible for the following situations:  

– The recipient is not present at the specified delivery address.  

– The recipient refuses to accept the order.  

– The recipient is absent during the specified delivery time.  

In such cases, the order will be returned to the store. You can pick up your order within 24 hours of the unsuccessful delivery. We can arrange a redelivery for an additional courier fee. If you decline redelivery and fail to collect the order within 24 hours, costs will not be refunded, as the company has already incurred full expenses.  

With the recipient’s consent, the package may be left in an alternative location, such as with building security, a neighbour, or outside the recipient’s door. In such cases, Lu La Fleur is not responsible if the package is lost or damaged.

You can make a payment via integrated payment systems or a traditional bank transfer.
