I. General Provisions

2. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the “Lu La Fleur” online store, including placing orders, delivering goods, and handling complaints.

4. Seller – the company Lu La Fleur, the owner of the online store, which sells goods via the website.

II. Placing Orders
1. Orders in the “Lu La Fleur” online store can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. Orders can be placed through the order form available on the website of the store.
3. Placing an order by the Customer is equivalent to accepting the terms and conditions of these regulations.
4. Confirmation of the order being accepted for proceeding occurs immediately after the order is placed, via an email confirming the acceptance of the order.

III. Product Prices and Payments
1. The prices of products on the website are gross prices.
2. The product prices do not include delivery costs, which depend on the chosen delivery method and the delivery location.
3. Payments for orders can be made via online payment systems, bank transfer, or cash on delivery, depending on the available options during order placement.

IV. Order Proceeding
1. The Seller proceeds orders within Opole and surrounding areas, depending on available delivery methods.
2. The proceeding time for an order depends on product availability and the chosen delivery method.
3. The cost of delivery is determined during the order placement process and depends on the chosen delivery method and location.

V. Right of Withdrawal
1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing a reason.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision by sending a relevant statement to the email address: lulafleur.pl@gmail.com or by traditional mail to the Seller’s address.
3. The returned goods should be sent to: Lu La Fleur Dzhulietta Siui, Ścięgiennego 13/11, 45-007 Opole. The Customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
4. The returned goods must be in an undamaged, unused condition, in the original packaging.

VI. Complaints
1. Complaints regarding products should be submitted to the email address: lulafleur.pl@gmail.com or by traditional mail to the Seller’s address.
2. The complaint will be processed within 14 business days from the date of submission.
3. If the complaint is considered justified, the product will be replaced with a new one or the full amount paid for the product will be refunded, depending on the Customer’s preference.

VII. Personal Data Protection
1. The administrator of personal data is Lu La Fleur Dzhulietta Siui.
2. The personal data of Customers is processed in accordance with applicable law to fulfil orders, communicate with Customers, and conduct marketing activities.
3. Details regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy of the online store.

VIII. Copyright Protection
1. All content published on the website at https://lulafleur.com/ is protected by copyright and is the property of Lu La Fleur.
2. The Customer is fully responsible for any damage caused to the Seller as a result of using any content from the website https://lulafleur.com/ without the Seller’s consent.
3. Any use of any element of the content and materials on the website https://lulafleur.com/ without the express written consent of the Seller constitutes a violation of the copyright held by the Seller and results in civil and criminal liability.

IX. Final Provisions
1. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms and conditions do not affect the rights acquired by the Customer before the changes take effect.
2. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant Polish law apply.
3. These terms and conditions are effective from the date of publication on the online store’s website.
